1 cup grapes, halved
1 cup cucumber, sliced and quartered
1 cup celery, finely chopped
2 T red onion, minced
1 cup mayonnaise (no substitute)
2 cups orzo pasta, cooked, drained and rinsed
1/4 tsp ground sage
salt and pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Chill before serving on rolls or on a bed of lettuce.
